School groups
School children from nursery through secondary school are welcome at Vaux-le-Vicomte where educations workshops make learning fun. Materials have been prepared to supplement the French educational curriculum and provide a lively site-based learning experience.
Ticket prices
It is strongly recommended that school groups visit the château between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm to benefit from a preferential price for groups of at least 20 children (8€ for kindergarden and 9€ for school–age children), leaving the afternoon free to explore the gardens and the carriage museum.
The price of 11€ is charged to visit the château on weekday afternoons and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
