The Grand Noël – From November 15 to January 4, 2026

(Online booking mandatory)

20th edition of this essential event. Equipped with a red velvet cape, visitors will stroll through the sumptuous settings of the ceremonial rooms, witness the monumental projection on the castle facade, and enjoy activities in the gardens (carriage rides, marshmallows to roast by the fireside…).

The Great Easter Egg Hunt – 4, 5 and 6 April 2026

(By reservation only – details to come)

The largest Easter egg hunt in France, set in the heart of 33 hectares of formal French gardens.

Armed with a parchment, young and old alike will set off in search of the hidden eggs. Several hunts will take place, each tailored to different age groups. Every visitor will leave with a delicious chocolate reward. Additional activities will also be offered: children’s face painting, horse-drawn carriage rides, and creative workshops.

 

 

The Rendez-vous Grand Siècle – 23 May 2026

Each year, this event is eagerly awaited by lovers of the 17th century! It offers a unique experience of French art de vivre in the time of Louis XIV and Nicolas Fouquet.

On the programme: horse-drawn carriage rides, musketeer shows, baroque dance demonstrations, a grand costumed parade, and a spectacular fireworks display.

 

 

Candlelit Evenings – Every Saturday from 16 May to 26 September 2026

Vaux-le-Vicomte invites its visitors to rediscover this 17th-century masterpiece by the flickering light of two thousand candles, illuminating both the château and the formal gardens. A refined and romantic dinner, water displays in the fountains, and a champagne bar complete this timeless evening. The night concludes with a dazzling gold and silver fireworks display.

Parcours sonore immersif - 2020The immersive sound visit

All along the year, the immersive sound visit will plunge you into the heart of History, which will come alive thanks to the sound environment: historic figures will awake, coming to life around you.
